For day use only for getting ready and staging purposes. The house will be closed up by events end and will be given 1 hour the following morning by 11am to clear space of any personal belongings.
Cleaning fee: $100 per hour
Overnight rate:$1,400 Per night (2 night minimum)
Up to 8 guests max stay
Check in time 1 PM Check out time 12 PM
Additional cleaning fee: $300
Additional use: $1,500 & up
Can be added to the overnight rate for additional event use.
Restricted to 10pm end time

The Wedding Party: $500 per night
